I like most of you never knew it went anywhere.<\/p>\n<p>I know what\u00a0 you are thinking: <em>Ainsley, you must either be playing a prank, or going crazy or were you just up late and tired and in desperate of a double double because I just brought some <a title=\"Timbits\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Timbits\" target=\"_blank\">Timbits<\/a> from TIM HORTONS yesterday and they were tasty.<\/em> Well let me assure you this is no joke, I am not going crazy, and while I could do with a double double it was after all early in the Moring when I penned this piece.<\/p>\n<p>Tim Hortons, the iconic Canadian Coffee shop, is now once again back on Canadian soil. Today due to a merger and re-organization of the company Tim Hortons is now a company incorporated under Canadian law \u2013 the <a title=\"Canadian Business Corporations Act\" href=\"http:\/\/laws.justice.gc.ca\/en\/C-44\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Canadian Business Corporations Act<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The shareholders in a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.timhortons.com\/ca\/en\/about\/investors.html\" target=\"_blank\">Special Meeting of Stockholders<\/a> last week approved the move back to Canada from Delaware.
