This in effect is how make the exit in Brexit work.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/uk-politics-eu-referendum-36420148\" target=\"_blank\">BBC<\/a>\u00a0 has done nice graphic
